WEATHER POLICY
As an outdoor event Ruff Night Out is subject to prevailing weather conditions. Specifically, rain will not prohibit the screenings of films. Screenings will be cancelled only if weather conditions present a danger at Greenwich Baths at screening time. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable. But if the event is cancelled, your tickets will be transferable for the rescheduled date of 6th of October 2018.
In the rare event that Ruff night Out is cancelled, ticket holders will receive notification via EMAIL, we will update the movie listing on our WEBSITE and we will post a notification on FACEBOOK. In addition, SIGNAGE will be erected on site. Please assume the session is going ahead, unless you receive the official notification. If you decide not to attend without receiving notice, your tickets will be forfeited.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings to Ruff Night Out (Outdoor Film & Fundraiser) by For Pup's Sake are subject to the following terms and conditions:

All bookings are final, and we do not refund or exchange tickets for a mistaken booking or change of mind. Refunds will be given (if requested) for a cancellation or termination due to adverse weather conditions.
As an outdoor event Ruff Night Out is subject to prevailing weather conditions. Specifically, rain will not prohibit the screenings of films. Screenings will be cancelled only if weather conditions present a danger at Greenwich Baths at screening time. In the event of cancellation due to dangerous weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled for the 6th of October 2018, however patrons accept the event may go ahead without the screening. Screenings will be cancelled only if the weather poses a safety threat to patrons and staff. The decision to cancel a screening is made by the Venue Manager on site, and can be made at any time up to or during the screening, as weather conditions are notoriously unpredictable. Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a screening night and acknowledge that tickets will not to be refunded unless requested.
Door Sales - a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase on the night (29/09/18) at the Event Box Office from 6:00pm for the full value of each ticket class (pre-paid discount does not apply) - subject to availability.
Ruff Night Out reserves the right to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists, venue and seating arrangements at the event.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the safety of your personal property during your attendance at the event.
Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
Latecomers are accepted but will have to wait to be seated. There will be no refunds. Doors open at 6:00 PM for 7:00 PM screening.
Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
Patrons who wish to consume alcohol or alcoholic beverages provided at approved facilities in the venue must produce approved photographic identification, including photo driver’s licence, passport, government photo card or interstate or international equivalents. Any person found to be supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the event and handed over to police.
Ruff Night Out reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or to remove any person from the venue without any entitlement to a refund. Without limitation to that reservation, any person deemed to be affected by alcohol or drugs may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.
Ruff Night Out has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event, however, we respect your privacy and if you do not wish to be photographed and, or filmed, please let us know by emailing us at forpups.sake6@gmail.com or by letting one of staff members know on the night. We will do the best of our ability to protect your privacy.
Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act 1988.
Ruff Night Out may collect and use your personal information in accordance with the Ruff Night Out Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Ruff Night Out is not liable to you for any claims, damages, compensation, losses or expenses as a result of the event being cancelled, postponed or changed.
To the extent permitted by law, you release the Ruff Night Out and its organisers, staff, contractors, agents and volunteers from any liability for any damage or loss, liability or injury you may suffer at the event.
You agree to compensate Ruff Night Out for any damage, loss, liability or injury suffered by Ruff Night Out as a result of your deliberate, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at the event.
Ruff Night Out may in its discretion choose not to enforce some or all of these terms and conditions at such times and in such circumstances as Ruff Night Out sees fit. The non-enforcement of any part of these terms and conditions does not waive Ruff Night Out’s right to require that they be strictly observed at any other time.
The provisions of this Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Ruff Night Out understands and appreciates you are concerned about your privacy and about the confidentiality and security of information we may collect about you.
